Prepare to do some work on the machine.

Didn't take a picture but the caliper should open up to allow pads to be installed. The caliper collided with the stopper bracket. Starting with a file, then moving on to a rotary tool like a Dremel. Added an extra hour to figure it out. Also, some of the holes weren't properly finished. Although it works fine, that's all.
