The board is not new!
When I received the remote control it was in a ziplock plastic bag. I took it out and the remote found lots of scratches on the back, a faded Samsung logo on the front, sticky dirt on the sides, and pet hair stuck in the buttons. I cleaned the remote and put the batteries in and the remote works fine. The remote control I received is definitely used and not brand new as advertised! Spend a little more and order the remote directly from the Samsung link below.
