This remote didn't work even though it matched our Samsung Smart TV and looked the same as our old remote (which we lost). ) didn't work at all. Yes we put in brand new batteries (right) but it definitely didn't work! I am assuming it is a counterfeit or faulty product. It's a shame, especially since I paid a lot more for one that I really hoped would work. Unfortunately the time window for the return was missed. :(

When I received the remote control it was in a ziplock plastic bag. I took it out and the remote found lots of scratches on the back, a faded Samsung logo on the front, sticky dirt on the sides, and pet hair stuck in the buttons. I cleaned the remote and put the batteries in and the remote works fine. The remote control I received is definitely used and not brand new as advertised! I ordered part #AA59-00443A but received part #AA59-00442A. It doesn't matter to me as the only difference is that on the 3A the button that toggles the SRS sound on and off is the on and off button for 3D on the 2A. It would be nice if my TV had 3D, but it doesn't. However, he has SRS. I love Revain.com and I know if I tell them it's the wrong site they will fix it asap, but like I said I don't really care. I can live with it. I just hate that he keeps reminding me that I don't have 3D lol…
