Just a warning on bolt size.

I just installed this product and do not have a comment on how well they hold. I do have a warning for people that do not have metric tools to install with. Took me 15 min to find a socket or wrench that would fit the bolt properly. I went through my standard us socket heads before I went to metric set. I know many people do not have metric tools - so just be aware of that. You don't want to strip the bolt head.

installed easily, very sturdy for my family of four athletes. Use it every day.

Cons

The bracket may not be strong enough to hold the equipment in place during rigorous workouts

The can definitely say this bracket is heavy and well built. While installing it i had it on a ladder, moved the ladder, *kapow* to the top of my head, and crashed to the floor. Big lump on my head, bracket was unscathed. I mounted this to my ceiling and install was a breeze. For the install I predrilled holes and used the provided lag bolts. I have used it with TRX straps for about 2 weeks now, and the mount has held firm.
