Works great so far. It's been almost a month since I installed it. There was a misfire in the 6th cylinder so I replaced all the coil packs. The truck feels like new again. I don't recommend doing this work yourself unless you know what you're doing. You can seriously damage your engine if you don't do it right as the upper intake manifold will have to be removed to replace some of the coils. And it's hard to put it all back together. IMPORTANT! YOU NEED A NEW UPPER INTAKE GASKET TO REPLACE THE OLD ONE BEFORE INSTALLING THE INTAKE SYSTEM
