Review on 🍷 Karcassin 15 Inch Wine Cooler, 32 Bottle Mini Fridge with Stainless Steel Finish, Suitable for Red & White Wine, Built-in or Freestanding by Nathan Barraclough

Product arrived defective - panel was not connected. The engineering team was helpful and provided troubleshooting instructions. The temperature constantly fluctuates within 7 degrees. However, when I removed the back of the refrigerator following the troubleshooting instructions provided by the engineering team, I noticed that the compressor was badly dented in at least four places (see pictures). Finally, the purchase picture shows 7 bottles on the bottom. That can not be (see picture). According to the operating instructions, wine should not be stored here either. Overall, given the concerns mentioned, I am skeptical about the overall quality of the product but disappointed with the condition it was delivered in and the false advertising of the actual bottle capacity.
