I'm happy with that. Exactly as suspected.
All welds look good. The 4 pin holes aren't at 90° to the square plate (which looks like ¼" BTW). From what I've seen on most trailers, they shouldn't be at 90°. So I think that's the part right Don't worry if your trailer isn't done right, chances are you won't need it anyway, it's going to slide all the way up and stop anyway.
