The quality is worse than I have ever seen, a complete disappointment

I don’t understand why initially set Windu 10 to zero if it doesn’t pull it at all. I changed the HDD to an SSD, installed Linux - it got a little better, but still the speed of work leaves much to be desired.
I especially want to note the keyboard, it's just squalor. Pressing either does not work, then vice versa - they are duplicated. For a person using the blind ten-finger dialing method, this is just a nightmare.
