As an elementary school teacher with 27 years of experience, I have bought many electric pencil sharpeners. I think the Westcott Heavy Duty Auto Stop sharpener is the best I've bought in years. Sharpens pencils of all sizes very sharply. It's also probably the quietest pencil sharpener I've ever used. The only reason I'm only giving this sharpener four stars is because it doesn't auto-stop as advertised. Sometimes large pens auto-stop, but normal-sized pens never auto-stop. he just keeps grinding. I regularly sharpen 30 student pencils every day. I also bought an Ohuhu electric pencil sharpener here at Revain, but the powerful Wescott automatic sharpener has a much more powerful motor. Ohuhu is also a much louder sharpener. I paid about $4 more for the Wescott and had to wait almost 30 days, but it was worth it.
