Totally false advertising

Claims to be USB3.0 but refuses to work even when plugged into USB3.0 sockets, finally started working when plugged into USB2.0 sockets but was followed by a 2-3 second delay due to mute/unmute inconsistency. Runs at 30 fps despite claims of 60 fps at 1080p. False advertising earns me 2 stars.
