It was difficult for us to ask Dyson what type of filter we need for our vacuum cleaner. It shouldn't have been that hard! We have a Multifloor 2 model but we could not find the filter model number. We tried to figure it out using Amyehouse filters. It was wrong. I had to send the filter back. In the end we found a Dyson user manual and bought the filter through Dyson.
