First I want to say that it fits Oculus 2. All clips fit and it's tight. Maybe too tight at the top. I had great difficulty removing it. The material seems good, but the padding is incredibly hard. The feel is similar to the cheap faux leather futon you find at Walmart. The pad attaches with a light velcro and is secure. With no actual markings to refer to, it's surprisingly difficult to reattach the strait once it's been removed. Face fit is terrible compared to OEM foam rim. Slight bleeding isn't even the right term for how badly it suits the face. If the fit is good, the headset faces down and is totally unusable - OR - the headset sits so low on your forehead that your nostrils are in the gasket. Of course, this means that you will fog up the lenses and the headset becomes unusable again. The small lens cap is too wide to fit in the headset, the shape of the cap is wrong and doesn't really fit the lenses on any of the three models. Width adjustment, and the prints aren't deep enough to stay even if the two problems above weren't there. I would never recommend purchasing this product unless major design and quality control changes are made.
