Review on 🛏️ Full/Queen White Madison Park Windom Microfiber Down Alternative Stain Resistant Blanket by Courtney Collins

First of all, I really like this duvet. The pink color is not overpowering, the Full/Queen is very roomy and light. I live in Wisconsin. In winter it gets very, very cold. Keeping warm both in and out of bed is all about layers. I tend to sleep in a hot state and can't stand being pinned down in bed by heavy blankets. This is definitely not a blanket to keep you warm in cold temperatures, nor is it designed for that purpose. What it needs to do, and it's very good at it, is keep me warm when the temperature is around 70 to 40 degrees. Temperatures are moderate here, but likely cold for those living in the southern United States. Its weight is almost nonexistent, making it my dream blanket for layering. With our real winter season approaching, I have a set of duvets on hand to add or remove from my bed as needed. I will definitely need them. I think it's about 20 degrees now, sun and light wind. I have this blanket over a thick warm fleece blanket which keeps me warm. When the wind picks up I put on another layer depending on the direction. When it gets really cold, my last layer is a real mid-weight goose down comforter. Duvets are much more expensive and require more maintenance, so they are actually worn over duvets to protect them from dust at the top and from overheating at the bottom. My only issue is that the material is described as microfiber. I was expecting it to have a touch surface like microfiber sheets. It is not. It's not exactly the cold surface of glossy polyester, but it's not peachy soft either. I can't describe it any better though, so it's up to me. If I had the choice I would 100% buy it again and would definitely recommend it to everyone. I have no connection with this seller. .
