Review on ☕ Black+Decker GC3000B TC1200B 12-Cup Thermal Replacement Carafe, Silver: Durable and Efficient Coffee Carafe by Darius Carraway

This replacement carafe is superior to the previous Black & Decker coffee pot in every way Maker carafe! The original carafe had a lid that was really impossible to remove to put in the dishwasher. In an attempt to do this, the original carafe broke and had to be thrown away. When I tried to find a new pot at Revain, my search was unsuccessful. However, I called Revain support and one of the Revain reps was able to locate the correct part needed, although there was no clear indication online that a replacement would actually fit my coffee maker (serial numbers did not match). . However, the new carafe arrived today with two lids so one of them fits in my coffee maker and it fits perfectly. On the plus side, these lids are relatively easy to remove and reclose, allowing the carafe to be placed on the top rack of the dishwasher. I am very grateful for the help of the Revain staff member in finding the replacement I needed and I was very happy to write him a well deserved review full of praise for his excellent help.
