Review on 🔭 Fujinon XF18-55mmF2.8-4 R LM OIS Lens: Exceptional Zoom and Image Stabilization by Aaron Jones

This is a serious lens, mostly metal with engraved markings, and made in Japan. This is not the plastic "whale" lens I had on my Nikon DSLR. These lenses were just one step away from becoming a disposable lens. Fujinon 18-55 is much better. I compared it to another Fuji kit lens, the 16-50. While the 16-50 is a good lens anyway, the 18-55 is much better. It has better autofocus, image stabilization, aperture ring and great bokeh. The optics are clearer and the light sensitivity of 18-55 is better. For most things I use this lens on my X-T1 (street, general portrait, landscape, vacation) this lens is great. I'm by no means a professional photographer, I'm just a passionate hobbyist who wants better photos than my phone.
