Review on Acacia Wood End Grain Cheese Board By Ironwood Gourmet - Calistoga Series by Mike Bonilla

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Not for regular use.

Nice but doesn't hold up. I've had mine for 4 months. Use it about once a week. Hand wash and wipe with butcher block oil once or twice a month. Its cracked/splitting. It probably won't last a year at the rate it's going. If you only play on using it a couple times a year it might work for you but definitely not for regular use.

Pros
  • ONE-OF-A-KIND: This cutting board is made from gorgeous acacia wood, known for its unique and natural contrasting patterns. This means every bowl is one of a kind, and just as individual as the person who owns it.
Cons
  • The wood of the cheese board can be prone to warping and cracking under certain conditions
