I have an HP 6970 and thought I'd d try Smart Ink. It worked fine for a few weeks, then an automatic printer update came and everything went wrong. My printer refuses to print anything with these cartridges installed. Pressing the "OK" button doesn't work when I'm told I need to install HP certified inks. It just won't print. Very frustrating. I can print normally from the app on my phone with these cartridges installed, but not from my PV. I've updated the driver, uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, etc. etc. Nothing works. So just know that this COULD be your decision (I hope so!), or it MAY NOT be. 🙁. Now I'm going to spend too much on printer ink. ☹️
