Final UPDATE DATE After contacting the seller several times but not receiving any help from him, Revane approached and offered to replace the radio. The second radio has an issue that causes the radio to turn off after loading and booting instead of restarting. The seller said if it works please use it. OMG Too many issues with the two devices I've tried to list here. The following is important to me.1. Screen Flicker 2. High, Mid, and Low RF settings appear to have little effect on RF output to the dummy load.3. The reception quality seems very bad to me. But usable for the most part.4. intermittent sound on TX5. Switches to transmit mode randomly without pressing the PTT button. Don't follow what I say, do your own research and if it suits your needs, go for it. Anyone who has a well-functioning device will probably be very satisfied with this model. Revain allowed me to return the radio and I'm awaiting a refund. Revain is great!
