Very disappointed with this product. 1) The 4 screws were the wrong design and therefore didn't fit properly. 2) does not hold large kayaks despite claiming, small yes, medium maybe, large no. 3) The threads on the screws are very poor, meaning you can't tighten them more than 2 turns with your thumb. 4) The lock washers are too big for some of the bolts, making it impossible to screw the badly threaded bolts. Overall this is a terrible product and if it wasn't so painful I would return it. One of my boats is leaning against it, the other resting precariously on it, and I'm hoping it doesn't fall apart and damage my truck. Buy something else.
