Great price for a quality product. The instructions were a bit wrong but the machine parts are good and all the hardware including two wrenches came in a blister pack. The stand stands outside on mulch, no wall or floor mounting is required. The thing is solid! I bought a second one for my father in law.

I have slightly larger kayaks that have a V bottom with a rear fin stabilizer so kayaks only fit forward facing bottoms which still works. I liked the compact design that allows you to fold the kayaks.

Unmarked posts and beams. Front, back, top, bottom, etc. There may be an identifying groove in each part to indicate connection. The location of the 3/4" hex head screws (K) and their installation is confusing. The weld nut was a mystery. After assembly was complete, I noticed the support legs. It's only been two days since I bought it, though I'm pleased with the look and durability of the stand Overseas assembly instructions have always been tenuous at best.

Very disappointed with this product. 1) The 4 screws were the wrong design and therefore didn't fit properly. 2) does not hold large kayaks despite claiming, small yes, medium maybe, large no. 3) The threads on the screws are very poor, meaning you can't tighten them more than 2 turns with your thumb. 4) The lock washers are too big for some of the bolts, making it impossible to screw the badly threaded bolts. Overall this is a terrible product and if it wasn't so painful I would return it. One

Although the screws and clamps were neatly arranged on a nice parts tray, a carriage bolt was missing (see photo for spare bolt). One of the pre-punched holes was not fully punched and had to be opened up, which wasn't difficult. Both side support bars had curved flanges that had to be flattened with a hammer (see photo for example). Those issues aside, it's pretty solid once assembled and has nicely padded support arms. We have the model with casters so we can easily move it around our garage.

Seems strong enough. It must be fixed, otherwise it will tilt forward. I will be using it for two two person ocean kayaks. Not wide enough to sit fully in hands, but lie well enough. The instructions weren't very good. The parts were not marked, the two carriage bolts were completely wrong, the tool did not fit all the bolts, the bolts should have been marked on the packaging but were marked with letters not mentioned in the instructions. There were two parts that were not mentioned at all…

I would highly recommend this freestanding RaxGo rack to anyone who wants to keep their kayaks from hitting the garage floor like I did. They are perfect for my 10ft Pelican Kayaks! Pros: - Very solid stand - Quality build, fits my 10ft Pelican kayaks perfectly. Cons: - Somewhat vague instructions. Assembly is quite labor intensive. - Tends to tip over if not bolted.
