Although the screws and clamps were neatly arranged on a nice parts tray, a carriage bolt was missing (see photo for spare bolt). One of the pre-punched holes was not fully punched and had to be opened up, which wasn't difficult. Both side support bars had curved flanges that had to be flattened with a hammer (see photo for example). Those issues aside, it's pretty solid once assembled and has nicely padded support arms. We have the model with casters so we can easily move it around our garage. A little more attention to detail from QA/QC would have earned this rack 5 stars. However, it is good value for money.
