Review on HSTMYFS by Mike Brumfield

While I was trying to purchase a home security system from HSTMYFS Company, I recently had a terrible encounter with the company. The website of the company was difficult to understand, making it difficult to go through all of their offerings. When I eventually located the system that I was interested in purchasing, I discovered that it had been sold out. I made the decision to get in touch with their customer care to get some assistance, but the representative I spoke to was unhelpful and didn't seem interested in my concerns at all. They were unable to give me an approximate time of delivery for the product or provide any other options in its place. To make matters even worse, when I sought to return an item that did not live up to my expectations, the procedure of doing so was cumbersome and time-consuming. I was required to make many calls to their customer service team before I was given the return address and instructions, and even after I did so, it took several weeks for them to process the return. In general, my interaction with HSTMYFS was one that was both irritating and disheartening. Their website has a terrible layout, their customer service is unpleasant, and returning an item can be a chore with them. This company is not one that I would suggest to anyone looking to improve the safety or security of their house.
