Poor shipping packaging and vacuum hit and missing screws
Wheelbase looks like it needs screws, base falls off when lifted. There may have been several in the original packaging, but upon delivery they looked pretty rough and could fall out. Our first thought was that we had mistakenly purchased a used or refurbished product. But we didn't do it, it still works great.
