Good idea but poor execution. The spacers are made of plastic and therefore do not prevent the device from sliding down when something is placed on it. You should use rubber grommets to ensure it stays where you want it. Getting dressed was painful when it should have only taken a few minutes. Gaskets slip when tightening the screws. I ended up having to use tape to hold them in place while I tightened. If they had rubber spacers it would be a decent product as they do now very marginally. Only useful for light objects. You can't put a bottle holder on it as it keeps sliding down.
