These boots don't really have a tread, but have a soft rubber outsole that even sticks to hydraulic fluid; something that makes even shoes with a good profile slippery. I do 7-12 miles on concrete floors in a 12 hour shift and this is definitely the most comfortable shoe I have ever used. I have ordered 3 more pairs in case they are discontinued and will definitely order more if they become available when they are gone. Update: I just added miles to my Fitbit; 681 not counting the ones in late May when I started wearing them. It is now mid-October. It's safe to say they've clocked up over 600 miles and are still holding on! Certainly not on concrete floors and metal walkways. I have already bought 3 other pairs but I think I will buy another pair. Just totally blown away by these.
