A bit tight on my very large head. lol.
The material of this hat is very comfortable. It does a good job on my CPAP hair to help with hair loss due to hair breakage. My only negative comment is that it fits my very large head a bit - it won't affect most people with a normal head size. It would be nice if it was a little bigger and a little more elastic. But I still recommend this cap. I have been very happy with all of the Lily Silk sleepyheads that I have purchased. They are well packaged and very good material.
