Review on SoftMouse by Mark Patterson

The software is very easy to use with an intuitive interface that allows you create your own reports for all of our research facilities across campus (2). I dislike having my work interrupted by phone calls from other staff members who do not know how or why they need help solving their issues when we are busy using another tool in order find something else about it! It's really great at organizing data so there isn't any confusion as far back tracking what happened where once one piece goes out of place everything looks off until fixed again.
