I particularly like how this sanding pad feels in the hand, the feel and the comfort. This is the first sanding pad that does not cause cramps with long-term use. The sandpaper base plate is made of high quality material, it is strong but resilient enough that the sandpaper can easily touch uneven surface. The base plate is strong enough to help the user avoid rounding the edge of the workpiece being sanded. The 1/4 sheet mechanism holds the sandpaper and fixes it securely on the base plate. I would buy this sanding block again. I intend to purchase additional storage blocks for different grit sandpaper.
