VERY disappointed Wrong size

I ordered a size 10 for my son, it arrived and was too big so I returned, now I've ordered the same item just one size smaller and they were incredibly small. Now I'm trying to return and they want to charge me half of what I paid to ship the product back to them. Very disappointed.
