I love it! I have osteoarthritis in both knees.
Love it! I have arthritis in both knees and this mat reduces the stress of standing for hours. If you are buying a rug I would recommend that you stick to 1 inch thickness, no less! I really enjoy my work more and the pain less with all the support this mat gives me. All the girls at work love it too!
