This is the second tablet. The first stopped working after three weeks. This one has stopped working too, no cracks, nothing falls off. DON'T BUY HORRIBLE QUALITY. My nephew also stopped working after 5 weeks. Do not contact anyone and return the window closed on May 5! $60 down the drain
