Ultra light and small, easy to carry and comfortable to wear. The slim profile also facilitates overhead visibility for long-distance viewing. The quality of the lens is also better than that of the (still) cheaper readers that I bought from the discounter. They're not particularly attractive, but they don't look like old people's glasses, and the lightness makes them easy to take off if for some reason you suddenly want to look seductive.
