It's bigger and chunkier than I expected, but I like that the panels are removable with pens and pencils so I can pop the ones I need into the slots and just grab that part to be clear to be positive . The downsides are that many of the pens I have don't fit in the slots or are difficult to insert as shown in the videos and photos posted with this review. If your pens have grips or rubber parts, they most likely won't fit in the slots provided, or if they have a comfortable grip like Inkjoy gel pens, they're difficult to insert, if not impossible to remove, and those are the types of pens I have most, so I don't use them except for storing the markers and crayons I have and the notepads I don't use often. If my pens fit I would give 4 stars but the fact that they don't fit and the description says it's for pens and pencils I give 2 stars. If this is also the case with handles, then the slots should fit all types of handles, but only those that don't have handles!
