I purchased these trims at the direction of a Delta Faucet Customer Service Representative. After receiving the trim kit and grip, the grip from the new kit fit the existing cartridge, but I could not get the screw on the old cartridge stand, and the new cartridge that came with the new trim kit. doesn't even come close. So I called Delta support, sent them photos, described the age of the show. I repeat. I sent them photos. As a courtesy they sent 3 new cartridges for the 3 fairings I bought. The cartridges arrived and didn't even come close to matching. I called Delta again and the agent explained that she had not received the pictures of the old cartridge that I emailed or texted her. She then said that since I wasn't the original owner of the shower, I had exhausted my one time offer of courtesy cartridge. I reminded her that I had spent $160 on new Delta fairing kits and THAT was the "politeness" she did.
