Easy implementation of integration between SAP Business One &
Being able to control my inventory levels in real time. The interface was intuitive and easy to use. There weren't any major issues with this software - it did what we needed it to do without complaint. I would recommend using an OBI agent/solution if you're looking into or already have one. We used Oracle Inventory Manager to manage our inventory throughout all channels. By implementing ORIS Intelligence's API, we were able to connect those two systems together seamlessly allowing us to pull data directly from our warehouse through a web browser.
Pros
- Ability for users within multiple departments across different locations
- Ease when communicating between sales reps.
- Easy access via mobile app & website!
Cons
- Some limitations around reporting capabilities (especially at high level)
- No ability yet as far is forecasting
