Review on 🔌 Sugatsune Whisper Close White Power Transmission Products by Sean Maples

I made a lid for a quilted chest, 42" x 17", cherry slats and rails with a maple top in the middle. I bought a pair of these lid holders and found I only needed one of these to have good lid control. Very satisfied and now I have a spare for another project. I would like to thank the reviewers who provided installation instructions. I was able to install it very easily. I agree that mounting the lid body near the hinge side of the lid works well, just holding it far enough from the back of the chest that it can pivot on the mounting pin and not bump into the back of the chest. . I placed the chest lid in the position I wanted it to open fully and set the lid stop, keeping the rotary body as far back and as high as possible on the side wall of the chest and my hand as high as possible of the chest lid ( with a slight bend of the arm at the elbow). It worked great.
