Pineapple is difficult to cut and does not stick.]

It was very difficult to cut through the thick, hard skin of the pineapple and there was no way to hold the knife. It kept slipping off and I had to keep wiping my hand to get hold of the knife. I thought about sending it back but I opened it up and threw away the envelope/bag, it came.
