easy to install: my feedback

a great alternative to cans. these are nice and thin, they don't get hot and it is easy to adjust the color. i used on a dimmer, they are bright- even at the warmer setting so a dimmer is nice for evening mood effect

Trustworthiness: This canless LED recessed light is IC rated, ETL certified and wire terminal is UL-certified. It is permitted to be in contact with insulations in ceilings, meaning the junction box is thermally protected.

Cons

It may not be able to handle voltage spikes

My husband installed these in our Kitchen. He has done this before in other rooms. He found the low profile to be easy to evenly place them in the roof. Unfortunately, now I will have to clean more often because I can see every smug.
