The support team was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions regarding how their products could benefit us as well! They were so quick at responding back, which helped me feel comfortable that they truly care about my success within these programs - not just for sales purposes but also customer service/support needs!! I've had nothing negative come from this program or them overall. There are many benefits when using other companies services like security cameras etc., however it's hard sometimes finding someone who has experience running those systems day-in & out especially if you're trying something new such an alert system (like ADT).
