Doesn't fit, hope for a solution, helpful customer service!

. I will come back to update after I do. When they arrived they didn't fit my older zinger (that's 5stich). The bar on them is too flimsy and won't snap at the ankle. In the description, the seller said to contact him with problems like this, so I thought it might be worth a try. They responded quickly and informed me that a low shank adapter would solve my problem. I wasn't sure what I was looking for so they were kind enough to send me a photo. It was a really positive and helpful interaction that made my night honest. These things don't always go so well. I ordered an adapter, it was less than $5 so I agreed. He should arrive on Sunday. I'll come back and update this with final results either Sunday or Monday. Right now I'm very hopeful.

Pros

DISPLAY BAND. You can use the binding foot for attaching the bias binding and quilting, it lines up the needle exactly where you want it and you get a straight, perfect stitch, even better, you don't have to pin the entire binding. For anything you sew, before attaching, simply slide the tape into the presser foot while threading the fabric.
