I take about a scoop a day during my daily workout, along with a teaspoon of creatine and some psyllium, about 16 ounces of water. it was decent - it's something you can mix and drink fairly quickly and then wash the shaker straight away so it doesn't absorb the smell. Thickens well without fiber powder but not as well as many other brands, you have to give it about twenty minutes. No digestive problems. I gained about a pound of muscle while taking it and kept increasing my overhead raises so they supported them well. If you're looking to replace a meal, it goes well with Soylent or Huel or similar drinks. I was happy with it, but not enough to make it my new go-to protein powder - I still prefer Isopure for that. at least half decent. As such I would recommend it.
