The outer box arrived damaged as did the velvet box. As many of the other reviews have mentioned, the velvet box was covered in small moldy particles and a strong smell of mildew. However, the urns inside were just as the pictures indicate and are very nice. Because we are on a time crunch and need these by next week, and because I am only using the velvet box to transport some of the urns to other relatives, I opted not to exchange it for a new one. Just be aware that based on this pattern of moldy boxes, you are likely to get the same thing. We have febreezed the box and left it out in the hot sun in order to try and get rid of the smell. Also, be advised that because these are metal and ceramic, the TSA will have problems scanning them, making them a bad choice if you need to travel via airplane with them.
