I was very impressed with this jacket - especially for the price. It was incredibly warm and fitted well, and the fur on the hood is really nice and fluffy. Looks very nice - the outer shell is smooth, it doesn't have the kind of quilted pockets that many of them have on the outside. One of the things I didn't like about the jacket is that the silver lining is REALLY noticeable - and while you can't see it most of the time when you take the jacket off, it really catches the eye. Still, that wouldn't be a reason for me to return it - just mentioned that it's not at all subtle in case it bothers one or the other. The reason I sent it back is because they need work on the bindings. The zip is a single zip and doesn't work both ways / gives you the option to unzip bottom to top - there are so many jackets these days and that kind of flexibility is really useful. Also, all non-zipper buttons/fasteners are BUTTONS, not rivets - which again most winter jackets have. It bothered me because buttons, especially in tight buttonholes, are a nightmare with freezing fingers/gloves: both are real in winter! For that reason it was really inconvenient for me so I decided to return. If they did change the lids I would definitely consider buying again!
