They keep falling out

I installed 14 of these LED daylight bulbs just over 2 years ago. As of 4/28/19 I had to replace 3 "blown out" ones, they no longer work. Everyone is in different parts of the house using different hours per day. Claiming 22 years of use doesn't sit with us one bit. I will not buy this brand again
