I've tried several diapers for my cat and this one worked the best during the day. I particularly like the "spring-loaded tail attachment system, it prevents diaper leakage around the dog/cat's tail and helps to securely attach the diaper to the dog/cat" (prevents feces from falling out). To bedding that had dried overnight I added a Sposie Adhesive Overnight Booster Pad (actually baby) which I cut in half and used with a reusable waterproof cat/dog diaper.
