The support team is very helpful and knowledgeable about all of our needs. We were able to get the system up and running quickly and efficiently. They are always willing to go above and beyond for us when we need it! There really isn't anything I dislike about this product. It makes my job easier by providing me with the ability to store and archive documents as well as organize them into folders. I was searching for a way to provide storage for records that would be easy for both myself and other staff members to use. This software does exactly that. It also allows for easy search capabilities which is great because I don't have to spend time looking through boxes of paper files to find what I'm looking for.
