After calibration I checked the pH of the tap water which showed 9.58. This is probably correct as the water quality report for my area states Ph 9.5-9.6. However, when I first used it and tried to lower the pH of the water, it completely lost accuracy. Flaky readings everywhere are a far cry from what the pH strips show. It says my tap water had a pH of 2.38 now the device has stopped working and won't turn on. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. . You need to buy another pH meter within a week or two so you can spend your money on a better one
