Just arrived and a bit big. I also usually wear XL and that's what I ordered. I almost sent it back but I tightened the inside waist draw cord and now it fits well. Still roomy, but now it looks more appropriate. The coat didn't convince me for the price. And he worried that he would survive the downpour. But I put on my coat and put my hand under the faucet. It stayed absolutely dry! Now I can't wait to try it out in a real downpour. The hat seems to be a good size and stays in place. Doesn't get in eyes and doesn't fall off. I have black so the color is the same as the picture. Velcro on the sleeves could be a little better. When I tighten, a lot of extra Velcro snaps around. But I'll probably only pull in heavy rain, so it's okay. Lightning seems to be good. No problem. It feels a bit rubbery, but not bad for a raincoat. Water can be rolled off very well. After putting my hand under the sink, even the outside was pretty dry because the water just beaded off. It is very convenient to get into the car or wear a coat indoors. Overall I am very happy with the coat. The $50 price is still a little high. But I'm glad I have a raincoat, it's exactly what I was looking for.
