Review on FIFTY Wide Mouth Straw Cap by Eric Dailey

When I opened the box, the thumb lever was broken. I was disappointed but thought it was no big deal and didn't want to wait for a replacement. In the beginning it was very difficult to get something out of the straw so I had to cut it and then everything was perfect. But the very next day I closed the cap on my bottle 50:50 and the point where the straw connects to the cap broke. (I have pictures but can't put them together for some reason) I didn't contact the company for a refund because I modified the straw so they didn't get a chance to respond. I'm sad because I loved the lid but I can't even use it now. I had to throw it away.
