Review on ๐Ÿ’ก Serfas Thunderbolt USB Headlight: Boost Your Visibility with Powerful Illumination by John Hill

It serves as an excellent fog light in wet foggy conditions.

I was so impressed with this lantern that I bought two white and two red. Thunderbolt emits a wide, short beam, not exactly 180 degrees, but close to it. The white thunderbolt makes a great fog light, which is why I mount it up front, either on the A-pillar or stem extension. Other bike lights blind me in fog. The red thunderbolt serves as one of my flashing lights. I install it on my luggage rack or I stay. Thunderbolt has two permanent modes and two blinking modes. In light steady mode, the charge lasts more than two hours. In firmware mode, the charge lasts quite a long time, like weeks. But like all rechargeable flashlights, the light will suddenly turn off and on again when the battery runs out. As such, I also carry a spare flashlight for any Thunderbolt that runs on disposable batteries. Thunderbolt is easy to install and remove, making bulb replacement a breeze. Thunderbolt proved useful and reliable. I recommend it for use within its limitations.

Pros
  • Features a waterproof silicone body and unique mounting options.
Cons
  • Without automatic control.
